Book Your Treatment

BOOKING POLICY:

To secure your appointment a £30 non refundable booking fee is required.
The appointment is not confirmed or booked until the deposit has been received. Without the deposit, the appointment will be available for other clients to book.

To reschedule your appointment we require 48 hours notice. Booking fees are transferable to an alternative date with the same practitioner if 48 hours notice is given. If we do not receive 48 hours notice this will result in loss of your booking fee.

Booking fees cannot be transferred between clients.

Appointments can only be rescheduled ONCE.
If you reschedule for a second time this will result in loss of your booking fee. A further booking fee would then be required to secure a new appointment.

If you CANCEL your appointment, the booking fee is non-refundable and non-transferable in all circumstances. This includes changing your booking to an alternative treatment.

If you have booked a COURSE of treatments and cancel with less than 48 hours notice you will incur a £30 charge for that cancelled appointment.

For all REVIEW appointments that do not require an upfront booking fee we also require 48 hours notice to cancel/ reschedule.
If you miss or cancel this appointment with less than 48 hours notice this will incur a £30 charge which is payable prior to any further appointments.

LATE POLICY:

We can allow for 10 minutes of lateness. If exceeding this time, your appointment will be cancelled and a further booking fee would then be required to secure a new appointment.

PAYMENT INFORMATION:

We DO NOT have a card machine in clinic – payment must be made prior to leaving the clinic by CASH, BANK TRANSFER or PAYPAL.
This will be done during the consultation of your appointment to avoid any issues.
